Chefs’ Theatre – 10am – Sunday 19 April

The Cornwall College demonstration will be led by senior lecturers with lots of help from current students.

They’ll be showcasing various dishes and highlighting the benefits of sourcing and using fresh seasonal local produce.

Students can benefit from hands-on masterclasses from a Michelin star chef and take part in work experience sessions in prestigious kitchens around Cornwall, as well as be involved in popular food festivals like Porthleven, working alongside celebrity chefs.
