Jeffrey Robinson who is now leading the Harbour House in Flushing, was one of the first chefs in the country to be awarded a Green Michelin Star, along with 3 rosettes and numerous other awards for creativity, innovation and sustainable practises. Creating a new style of Cornish cuisine with social and environmental accountability deep to its core by only using what is available on that day, in the local area. Not seeing this as a dampener to his creativity, he actually sees this as driving creativity throughout his team to deliver a truly unique experience that tells a story of his love for Cornwall.
