With over 16 years experience as a chef, Lee’s inspiration comes from his travels to Japan, Thailand & Portugal as well as the abundant local produce and seafood available in Cornwall.
Think Yotam Ottolenghi style salads, huge paella pans cooking alfresco, fresh locally caught fish, sushi, the tastiest canapes, Mexican and Thai influences.
