Chefs' Theatre

From the very best Michelin-starred chefs to international food celebrities, and our local stars, the crème de la crème of the foodie world will be cooking live at this year’s Festival.

This is 2019 Information - 2020 line ups coming soon.

Porthleven Food Festival always attracts the best talent from the South West and beyond. And this year – to celebrate our tenth anniversary we’re introducing a full chefs’ theatre line-up across two days for the first time ever. See chefs of the highest calibre on the Shipyard Stage – but get there early to be sure of a seat…

Proper Job is St Austell Brewery’s celebrated and powerfully-hopped Cornish IPA. The award-winning beer is one of the UK’s first new wave of modern-style Indian Pale Ales (IPA). Blending American hops with Cornish-grown malt, just like its flavour profile, Proper Job is a bold and flavoursome beer, loaded with grapefruit, pineapple and citrus flavours with a refreshing finish.

The beer is a proper match for food. Its big flavour profile makes it a great pairing a number of dishes from spicy dishes to tangy desserts. Proper Job is the perfect partner to the Chefs’ Theatre; great Cornish food and great Cornish beer – what could be better.

Why not treat yourself to our VIP Gourmet Ticket for priority seating and access to all our Shipyard Sessions?
